Varberga Health Centre is one of five health centres within the business area Örebro West, "Område nära vård" (Area Close to Care). The catchment area of Varberga Health Centre is large in size, stretching from Närkes Kil and Mellringe to Hjärsta and Varberga. The health centre currently has approximately 10,100 registered patients, where a multicultural community meets a traditional society, and apartments alternate with villas and small houses. The health centre also has a significant municipal assignment. The focus of the health centre is to create high-quality care, good relationships, and a good working environment. The multicultural catchment area is reflected in a multicultural workplace where collaboration, community, and team spirit permeate our operations.
At Varberga Health Centre, there are three competent, professional, and experienced medical care administrators, and we are now looking for a new colleague. We have a strong interest and great commitment to our work.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe tasks are very varied and include, among other things, dictation, reception duties, ordering authorizations, meeting documentation, and mail handling, as well as service to colleagues and patients. We have a rotating schedule where we handle referrals, test results, mail, and write meeting minutes. We also have the opportunity to do dictation from home a few days per month.
Fixed-term position until 2027-07-31 with possible extension.
QualificationsWe are looking for you who are trained as a medical care administrator. To thrive in the role, you should have a general interest in IT and be good at creating positive interactions with both patients and colleagues. You see contributing to the development and change projects of the operation as a natural part of your work. We place great importance on personal suitability. We would like you to be flexible, positive, social, and enjoy contact with both colleagues and patients, as well as having good knowledge of the Swedish language. If you have previous experience as a medical care administrator, preferably within primary care, we see this as a great advantage.
